Always Use Stash:
Members may NOT upload designs on their own.
All designs must be stashed online together with needed text info.
Then noted to group with link. Title note "design upload".

Once an admin has time, the design will be checked.
You then either get asked to change what is wrong.
Or design is accepted and uploaded by admin.
