Newbie Art Sale

This sale is open to everyone without a Baliro.
Future art sales will be open to everybody at another time.

Important!
PLEASE be aware, that it is possible to lose in an auction like this.
So only enter if you feel able to take a loss.
We do NOT tolerate sales-drama such as people creating journals after loosing/winning etc. Neither are we interested in people pointing out why others should/should not be winners.
So please play in good spirit and hope for the best, but prepare for the worst ^^

How to enter:
You must create 1 single art piece of the horse of your choice.
And one image only - anything extra will not count!
You can try for max three horses in the same art auction.

To submit your art, comment under the proper threads listed for the following horses AND place your bids under the horse's LOG (click on the horse import image, comment under the thread called other art) otherwise they won't be accepted!

About the Art:
You decide on angle, how much of horse is showing, if it's a sketch, colored, shaded or even have a background. This is judged by effort, so make it look your best.
We do however NOT allow photo parts, photo manips, premade lineart made by others, re-used art made by you or anything else but original art made for this auction. No mature or adult sexual themes. Blood and gore is allowed, but not expected.
Description of the along with info on personality, vices etc will give you extra points towards winning, but we are not looking for full stories.

Judging:
Angel-Creek-Ranch will judge auctions, sometimes with assistance from other admins.
We put weight on artistic effort, originality, use of colors and how well the breed as well as design is portrayed by the artist.
We will give extra points to artistic skills, since this is an art specific auction. Effort is judged almost as high as skills however, so less experienced artists still have a chance to win as long as the show effort. Naturally a full body, colored image with background shows more effort than a lineart portrait etc. Good personal style weighs higher than photo realism, and naturally traced art is less likely to win than original art.


Art created in sales may only be used for stat points IF the creator of the art allows it!
